In Outlook 2000 , there was a feature called "Organize". I
was able to click on it and choose "Automatic Formatting"
and set up "view by color". Under that feature, I was able
to tell Outlook to view all emails sent by Mr. X in Blue,
Mrs. Z in red, etc. When you looked at my inbox, everything
was color coded by sender.
However, I can't find that similar feature on Outlook 2003.
There are tons of other rules I can set up - when i receive
email from Mr X, put it in another folder, or delete it, or
forward it, or even play a sound! But no colors.
My old colors transferred over to my new computer when I
imported my old email, but I am looking to set up new color
rules.
Any way to do this? I have Windows XP, Outlook 2003.
thanks, SA
