Outlook 2003 chunking 99% of CPU all the time

Outlook 2003 seems to be chunking 99% of CPU all the time, not even when i am receiving emails
No, im not using an exhchange server
what can i do>?

No, it doesn't stop when i minimize it and it goes to the taskbar
Any other ideas? :

what addins do you have installed and did you upgrade over a previous
version? if so, create a new profile and see if it helps.

Do you have current anti-virus software? Email viruses will do that. If you don't, go to http://www.trendmicro.com and use their housecall on-line scan.
