Outlook 2003 - Choosing Which Calendar is Shared

M

MichaelAtWork

Greetings All!

We are running Outlook 2003. A user of mine has multiple calendars and wants
to share a calendar that is not his primary calendar. We have not found a way
to share anything other than his primary calendar.

One thought I had was "Is there a way to change which calendar is Primary?".
If not then how do we hide origiinal calendar while sharing the other?

TIA!

Actually that worked Yes and No. I added that person's name as directed but
that allowed me to see their Entire Inbox and other calendars as well - nice
but a little TMI to share. Is there Any Way to see Just that secondary
calendar?

Thank You for your very prompt reply! I am very Impressed and Appreciative!
:)

Best,
Michael

You can't make it the default - the only way to share it is to add the
mailbox to the profile
