Outlook 2003 changes plain text font

I have all three fonts set up to be the same for new, replying/forwarding and
plain text. My problem is is Outlook changes the plain text font bacxk to a
default every time I close it. Why does it do this and how can i get it to
keep the text i want without having to change it every day when i open it.

A second not as important question is when i reply to an e-mail that is HTML
why won't it use my stationary for the reply. My signature shows up but on a
blank white background. How can i change this?

Where have you specified the font settings and where are you seeing the
incorrect font?

Replies and forwards always use the format of the original message,
including any stationery, so if your sender did not include a stationery or
a different one than what you have chosen, you'll see the sender's settings.

I specify the fonts in mail format / stationary-fonts/ fonts/ when composing
and reading plain text. New and Replying/forwarding stay the same but the
plain text reverts back to a default every time i close Outlook i also have
Word set with the same default font too. I also have "always use my
fonts" checked too.

I'm afraid I can't reproduce it.
