Outlook 2003 cannot send but can recieve

Been through the suggestions by everyone else. Nothing seems to resolve this.
I can suddenly not send email by outlook having set up a new router and
wireless card. I can do it using the web interface but not outlook. When I
try to test the settings it tells me the port or SSL info must be checked and
it is all correct (according to Wanadoo my ISP). I have tried disabling the
firewall and pretty much all security now and that doesn't work. When I
actually try to send a normal email it comes up with "send error 0x800CCC0F.
The connection to the serveer was interrupted". PLease help!
 
Have you looked at your router's settings? Several Linksys router models
can have MTU size issues that cause problems with sending:
