Outlook 2003 cannot reply all

I am running OL 2003 on my laptop. When I'm at home and recieve emails that has multiple address' I can see them all and reply all.
When I plug my laptop in at work and get the same email I can only see who the original sender was. I cannot reply all. I think its something to do with the firewall here and work is telling me NO, its my laptop!
Any suggestions should I go and punch a tech?
