When I try to open an email message (HTML) my email displays only the
header, and the body is blank.
I've installed all the service packs available for XP and Office 2003, but
the problem persists.
Any help will be appreciated.

Outlook 2003 has the ability to let the user read all items as plain text.
Considering that some newsletters and mailing programs will only generate
the HTML portion of the message and if this option is on (which I believe it
is by default), it could give the appearance that you are receiving blank
messages. Check Tools | Options | Prefs. tab and see if the option is on.
(about 5 or 6 checkboxes from the top)
