Outlook 2003 - Cannot creat file with LFN support

Dear all, an employee is experiencing an issue I have no solution to. The
user recieves a large number of faxes via e-mail in pdf format. She is using
Outlook 2003, and is unable to open certain files. The error reported is
unable to create file. I believe this is caused by the enormous number of
same name files. Unfortunately, they are being stubborn and will not clear
out their old e-mails. Any thoughts?

Have her try clearing the Outlook Secure Temp Folder. See this:
