Outlook 2003 Calendar Microsoft Forms notification

When opening an appointment in my calendar I get "To help
prevent malicious coding, one or more objects in this form
were not loaded." I click OK and the appointment opens. I
only get this on appointments that I create. If an
appointment is sent to me, it opens fine. I have tried
deleting frmcache and that didn't resolve the issue.

I also wanted to mention that this was an upgrade from
Office 10 to Office 11.

No. That is what is so baffling.

Are you using a custom form?

If anyone else uses Latitude MeetingPlace, it is not
compatible with Office 2003
