Outlook 2003 cached mode question

We have an external office set up using Outlook 2003 in cached mode.
User A manages User B's calendar using the calendar located on the
Exchange server. User B has a laptop with the Outlook 2003 cached
mode enabled. If User A makes a change to a meeting on the Exchange
copy of User B's calendar, will that replicate down to User B's cached
Exchange copy...or will User B's cached copy overwrite the changes
User A just made?
