Outlook 2003 & Bus Contact Manager incompatibility issue

I have installed Bus Contact Manager on my new Sony VAIO laptop and tried to
use it for the n'th time tonight without success.

The booklet states to start use you need to click on New and select
ACCOUNT...but that doesn't appear as one of the options EVER!!!

So, resorted to looking at Microsoft Support to help me out...it's 1.10am so
no phones manned. Looked at website, entered my product number and it isn't
supported by Microsoft (only had it 3 months - Windows XP 2003) but by
SONY....what is going on??

Anyone got any suggestions on how I resolve the issue?
Have installed, removed and re-installed Bus Contact Manager now but no
success.

Ok, let's start with the basics.

1. What type of mail account do you have?
2. Do you see the Business Tools menu in Outlook (should be next to the Help
menu)
