Multiple accounts with the same contacts in Bus Contact Manager

I would like to track multiple accounts with the same primary contact in
Outlook Bus Contact Manager. When I add a primary contact it is no longer
avaliable in any other accounts either as a primary contact or a Business
contact. I assume it is a field setting but I can't figure it out. Would my
Engineering firm be better off using Microsoft CRM?

Shockingly, BCM does not support what you are trying to do. By intentional
design, you are limited to linking only 1 Account Record per Business Contact
Record. I have shared a work around that I use for this in a thread titled
"How to connect one contact to multiple accounts using Outlook BCM." You'll
find this thread on this month's postings on page 2.
