Outlook 2003 Autocomplete Resets on Reboot

Hi, this problem is driving my boss, and therefore me, crazy. Every time he restarts his computer (Windows XP, Outlook 2003) he loses all the email addresses in his autocomplete file, meaning he has to reteach it every email address every time he has to restart for whatever reason.

Because of this, he rarely restarts his computer, and so it runs very slowly.

Please advise, and thanks in advance for your help.

This is an indication that his mail profile is damaged. Creating a new mail
profile should repair the problem.
