Outlook 2003 AutoComplete Firstname.Lastname doesn't remember

All,

We've just switched our username conventions to
(e-mail address removed), but for whatever reason Outlook 2003
will not AutoComplete these new email addresses even after you've sent
email to a certain receipent. For whatever reason it doesn't enter
this info into the .nk2 files for future autocompletes.

Anybody having this issue too? We are in a w2003 server envorioment
running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003. This is happening to over
10,000 Outlook Clients.

I would think that the entries in the autocompletion cache would be the
X.500 mail addresses Exchange uses internally.
