Outlook 2003 Auto-signatures

I'm using auto-signatures for both new emails and forwards / replies. When I
reply, Outlook adds one additional line under each line. I looked on
Microsoft Knowledge Base, and it advised to remove Word 2003 as email editor,
delete existing auto-signature, and re-enter a new one under HTML, without
the Word 2003 editing. I did that and the problem still exists. Does anyone
know of a fix?

Recreate your signature but this time do not press Enter when creating a new
line. Press Shift-Enter instead.
