What do you want in that new NK2 file? Naturally, it will beuild up on its
own as you resolve addresses, but you can autofill it with all your contacts
easily enough. Open your Contacts folder, use CTRL-A to select all your
contacts, click Actions>New Message to Contact. Outlook will churn for a
while, then present you with a new message compose window with all the
contacts in the To field. Click Check names or press CTRL-K. Those with
electronic addresses will be underlined, which means they have been
resolved. Resolving an address puts it in the NK2 file. You can then close
the compose window.
THANK YOU BRIAN. While Beatle's solution was obvious, your suggestion on how
to build the NK2 file in one fell swoop manually was the answer I was looking
for. A+ !!!
