Outlook 2003 and Word 2002

I only have Outlook 2003 along with Word 2002. How do I get the 2 to
integrate? I want to use Word to edit email. When I go to options it's
grayed out.

You can't. In order to use Word for your email editor, Outlook and Word must
be the same version.

Biggest software company on earth and they haven't got that interface
worked out yet. Microsoft is still in its infancy.....

There are changes made to Word and Wordmail in each new version that make
this an impossibility. Chances are it will always be that way.
