Outlook 2003 and Vista

Completed Vista upgrade, now everytime I try to start outlook, I get "Your
Personal address book could not be opened. The file is
either........."Cancel ends, Retry does not work.

My Outlook files are located in "My Documents\Outlook"

Start with a clean mail profile.

Thanks for your response, I should have stated, I have a choice of "Retry or
Cancel". "Retry brings up same box with same two choices "Retry or Cancel" .

"Cancel" stops Outlook program all together.

So, I cannot get to the Tools Options to create a clean mail profile.

Any other thoughts?

That's not where you create a mail profile. User Control Panel's Mail
applet.
