Outlook 2003 and Vista - the sad saga

Like many other Outlook 2003 users that had upgraded to Vista, I have
problems with sending, but not receiving email. The odd thing about my
problem is that everything works fine at my home-office; the problem only
surfaces when I am travelling and accessing a network away from home.

Any experience and/or sage advice to end my saga?

That's because of (good) security measurements of your ISP. When you are on
a remote network you'll either have to set your SMTP server configuration to
use authentication or use the SMTP server of the remote network.
