Outlook 2007 window's a different 'theme'

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2007 (after a period of using it on my home
laptop).

The most instantly noticeable difference is that the program window is
displayed in a different 'theme' to all the other windows. I guess this is
part of the new Office 2007 'look' and, since my home laptop runs Vista and
all Office apps are 2007 it looks fine there. Here at work the clients are
XP and all other Office apps are 2003, so it looks odd.

How can I get Outlook to use the Windows Classic style specified in my
desktop preferences so it displays the same as the other windows?
