Outlook 2003 and "Show In Groups" option...

I would love to know how to turn off the "Show In Groups" option for
multiple folders, rather than doing it one at a time...

In addition, I would like that if I create a new folder (sub-folder of the
Inbox) the "Show In Groups" options is NOT on by default. Is there a way to
do this?
