Outlook 2003 and Road Runner

I need some help. I just configured Outlook 2003 to receive and send emails
from Road Runner. I followed instructions on Microsoft, deleted my old
server and now I have nothing. I double checked the setup and it is correct.
I get a test message when I sign into Road Runner. Any suggestions?
