outlook 2003 and junk email (more than one email at a time)

is it possible to add to the blocked senders likemore than one email at a
time. this is very time consuming when i have to click on 1 email message,
then click the add to blocked senders list button, then click the second
email, etc.etc... i need a script or something for moving more than one
email at a time.. any help out there ?
 
well that sucks.. you'd thin kmicrosoft would have thought of that one for
people who get more than 1 spam email a day. which is just about everyone...
