Outlook 2003 and Exchange 5.5

Dennis Coons

I have an Exchange server 5.5 with public folders that
users could print information from when using Outlook 2002
or earlier. When I have upgraded users to Outlook 2003,
they can access the public folder and see the data, but
cannot print. Even if I add the user with Owner
permission, they cannot print. Only users that were
listed in permissions before the upgrade to Outlook 2003
can print from a public folder. Please advise. Thanks.

Dennis,

1. What, if any, error message do these user's receive?
2. What type of public folder is it (Calendar, Contacts, etc.)?
3. Is there a custom form set up for this public folder?

Thanks

The error message is "The folder cannot be opened because
there is a configuration problem on the server. Contact
your Microsoft Exchange Server administrator for
assistance."

It is a Calendar public folder

No custom forms.
