Outlook 2003 and Comcast Cable

I have set up Outlook 2003 and I can send e-mails but the incoming mail is
going to the Comcast e-mail app. Comcast tech says they do not support
OL2003. What is the fix?

Hi cycle,
i dont understand the error in your outlook?
In which part do you need help?

email will be received by whichever app you have open.
Close the other app, and test OL settings
