I need a bit of help with something for work. We keep records of all the email that goes through the office, and I am attempting to archive as much of it as I can. For organizational purposes, I have been doing so by making individual archive files per month and this is where I keep running into the same problem. About half of the folders do fine...the other half inexplicaply stop archiving once the file size reaches 265 kb. This has happened with four or five different files and I can't figure out why, or how to fix it.
Can someone here enlighten me as to how to remedy this problem?
