Outlook 2003 after trying 2007

I am encountering the following message,
"Unable to open default e-mail folders. The file c:\documents and
settings\outlook.pst is not compatible with this version of the personal
folders information service"
whenever I open my outlook 2003 after uninstalling the pro 2007 trial
version.

Please help me retrieve my mails trough 0ffice pro 2003.

Try creating a new mail profile via the mail applet in the control panel.
Do not copy the existing profile. Create new and see if you can open the
old pst file.
