[Outlook 2003] Adding French as one of the languages in Outlook

Hello,

One of my users is bilingual and would like access to both English and
French within Office (including Outlook 2003).

How do I go about adding French or do I have her switch between the
two languages?

You have to purchase the Proofing Tools which will allo
for additional languages to be installed.

Then you have to add new languages to the controlpannel
and keyboard layouts.

once all is done you can change the keyboard mapping by
choosing the language on the language bar and in word
(etc) you click tools languages and choose the language.
