Outlook 2003| 4 Specific Accounts, 4 Specific Folders, No Rules...

I am trying to get outlook to open 4 e-mail accounts in 4 folders. I have
seperate .pst files for them. I can't use rules to filter the
incoming/outgoing messages because if I do: Outlook will delete the message
on the server, If this works like i want it to outlook will not delete the
messages 'till I delete them from deleted folder.
Same accounts/folders Question, but I need a different answer...
 
You can configure Outlook to keep the messages on the server for x number of
days instead.
Outlook 2007 provides support for what you are trying to do without using
rules so you might want to consider upgrading.
