Any way to use my new Windows Home Server with Outlook? I have several
desktops and laptops, and would like to be able to access my Outlook account
from any of these systems.

Unless Windows Home Server contains a version of Exchange, the answer is
"not very easily". Does your ISP offer IMAP mail accounts?
