outlook 2003/2002 compatibility issues (Importing/exporting .pst files)

I have a .pst file that was created with Outlook 2003 and
I want to import it into outlook 2002. Is there a better
way to do this instead of exporting each folder as a csv
or excel format? I would like to be able to keep the
attachments as well.
Can you export from outlook 2003 and save as a 2002
format???

Thanks in advance

In OL 2003, create a new PST using the old PST format (File>Open>Outlook
Data File>Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst). Copy from the new
format PST to the old or export from the new format to the one you just
created. Move that PST to the OL 2002 machine.
