I am unable to send e-mail. They are remaining in my outbox. When I go to
the E-Mail account setup screen, I get the following error message when I try
to send a test message.
"Unable to send test message. Please verify E-Mail Address field"

The e-mail field and password are both correct. What now?

Rather than use the test function, what error (in its ENTIRETY) do you
see when you send an e-mail to yourself or someone else?

Did you verify the login credentials that you stored in the e-mail
account that you defined in Outlook will work if you use the webmail
client to your account?
