Using Outlook 2002/WindowsXP......

When I compose a New E-Mail and type in the TO e-mail address......e-mails
in my address book pop-up so I can select and pre-fill without having to
typye in the entire address. I like this feature but do not understand why
e-mails addresses for the person that are no longer valid still display. I
have either changed the persons e-mail in Properities, or, deleted the
persons address entry completely and re-entered with the NEW e-mail
address...but their old e-mail addresses still display as I type in their
e-mail name/address in the TO block.

How do I get rid of these old no longer valid e-mail addesses.....

Its taking the addressess from a seperate file, that is populated as & when
you enter a new addressee
Highlight the faulty ones using the arrow keys, then hit Delete Btn
