I am trying to transfer my outlook contacts from one user
profile (My old, before domain setup at work)to the
profile that was established when our admin. set up my
laptop on the new domain? any help would be apprecciated

Microsoft dont seem to want you to know how to do this -

the file is buried way down a directory tree.

what I have done is to export my contacts using Outlook
(file - export etc)to a .psd file and import to the new
Outlook. It usually works.
