outlook 2002 xp password

I cannot get outlook to keep the password. I have re-
entered everything and it still asks for password. I
enter password and click save. Next time I still have to
enter password. Also getting some messages going to junk
mail even though they are not identified as a sender to
put in junk mail and I do not have any word filters going.
