Outlook 2002 (XP) Administrative Template

Hello,

I am trying to use Intelligent Message Filtering on my Exchange 2003 Server.
It works great except not all my clients have a Junk Mail folder configured
in Outlook XP. I have looked through the Office XP Resource Kit, but I cannot
find a template file that covers the settings under Organize in Outlook XP,
so I can make sure every client has a Junk Mail Folder.

Does anyone know where I might find such a template file?

Thanks.

The administrative templates are available as part of the Office XP Resource
Kit download. However, it contains no such setting.

Is the IMF not creating such a folder automatically?

No, and that's the problem. I'm starting to get rerports of lost email.
What's more mysterious is what's happening to the mail that is being
re-directed to non-existent Junk Mail folders. I can't find it anywhere.

I have the templates from the Resource Kit. From what I can see, they do not
address the settings under "Organize."

Thanks for the response.

Try this: Have the Outlook 2002 users access their accounts with OWA and
turn on the junk mail filtering through that interface. It's not something
that can be scripted or turned on with a policy.
