Outlook 2002 Won't close

When I shut down my computer, I get an End Now box saying
that OUTLOOK.EXE

I've got a similar problem running XP home, Outlook 2000 and the latest
patches.

When I exit outlook the windows close but outlook remains in the task list.
I can kill the process in the task list but that kind of stuff make me
nervous. Especially with the .pst file still open.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
