Outlook 2002 - Viewing additional mailboxes (not just inbox)

Hi,

I have a user who wants to view additional mailboxes, not just the inbox but
all the folders stored underneath. Open>Inbox just opens a new window only
with the inbox for the user.

I need it so that they can view it down the right hand side pane as you
would with public folders. Perhaps like opening the .pst file though I am
told that it may be something to do with accounts? But I cannot add another
account with an exchange server? Help!

I view additional mailboxes by going into Tools .. email accounts ...
then doing a Change on the account and going to More Settings. Then
on the Advanced tab you would see a button to Add the additional
mailboxes. You need to have the rights set up on the exchange server
for the additional accounts though I think ...
