Outlook 2002 unable to use Word as editor

"This form requires Word as your e-mail editor, but Word is either
busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in the Outlook editor
instead".

This is the message that I get after installing and uninstalling a
demo version of the Outlook addin "eMAIL MERGE 4 Outlook".

I have tried the REDEDIT solution as described in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];Q319796 but to
no avail.

Can anyone please help me ? I'm running Windows XP Pro with Frontpage
and MS Office XP (Outlook 2002).

Thank you in advance for your help !

Edgar

Set your default signature to <none> and try again. If it works now you'll
need to recreate that signature.

Dear Roady,

Thank you for your reply. I have tried your suggestion, but
unfortunately, I am still stuck with the same problem.

Do you have any other suggestions ?

Thank you in advance !

Edgar
