Outlook 2002 Scheduling issue

Here's our issue.

One of our sales dudes scheduled a pair of recurring all-day appointments
(with no end date)onto the calendar of one of our directors. When the
appointments were deleted, the director's calendar still shows that he's
always busy. Checking the schedule on the director's PC (logged in as him),
his calendar shows him as clear to schedule meetings. If you check his
schedule from anyone else's PC, it shows that he's continually busy.

????

Any ideas are appreciated.

try opening outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch...
