Outlook 2002 Profiles

I am a new user to the program
I want to use the program to assign tasks to two of my staff
How can I use the same contacts to be assigned to 2 different calendars or
is there an easier way?
I do not want to log in and out using different user profiles if I can help
it

Tasks != calendar items.
You can assign any given task only to one individual if you want it to be
'trackable'...are you using Exchange server?
User profiles aren't relevant here....please provide more detail as to what
you're trying to do, and what your setup is.
