Moving a user profile

We have a user that has just relocated from our west coast office to
our east coast office. When he logs in here the east however it is
still our west coast domain controller that is responding to his
request. His home folder and profile are also still on the west server.
I would like to know the correct way to move this users authentication
and profile to our east domain controller.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have sites and services defined? It doesn't matter where the user
stores his home folder and profile for DC authentication. That info is
obtained via DNS services which are built from knowledge when the dc starts
up along with its site location.
