Outlook 2002 Outlook 200 will not load in Windows 98

Outlook 2002 Outlook 200 will not load in Windows 98.

Outlook's splash screen appears but nothing else.

I've tried to use the "repair" function, but the same thing
happens.

I reinstalled Outlook 200, with the same results.

Help!!!
 
Have you tried creating a new profile? (Control Panel | Mail...)
