Outlook 2002 notes connector

I've installed the Lotus Notes connector and am
successfully using it to read my notes mail, calendar,
ect.. However, when the connector synchronizes with Lotus
Notes, the synchronization run for an extremely long time
1/2 to 1 hour at times. I've moticed that Microsoft has a
post SP2 hotfix for this issue. Anyone know how to get
the hotfix? Microsoft does not make it available for
download on their website...what do I do?
