Outlook 2002/Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server

I have a user trying to create a personal distribution
list. He has 283 email addresses in it and when he tries
to save it, he gets an error message stating it's too
large to save on the network email server. How can he
save it to the Contacts folder in his personal folders.

computer and store the email addresses int it. and create
the distribution list in the personal address book.

Huh? Outlook hasn't used the Pesonal Address Book in years. Outlook uses
the Contacts folder for addresses.
