Ever since I installed Outlook 2002 on a computer with Windows Vista on it,
I have to keep entering the password for the pop3 server and also the
outgoing server.
After in put in the password it will send and recieve. However after I close
Outlook and reopen it I have to enter the password again. I have checked the
save PW box before i enter the PW and after and nothing will save it in the
setting. Is it an issue with my ISP? thanks
