Outlook 2002 in Vista

I have a new computer with Vista basic. I'm using Outlook (2002) xp. I'm
having a couple of issues:
1. Some mesages arrive garbled/with the internet header info.
2. Some messages do not have indicated attachments.
3. When I reply or try to creat email---I'm constantly required to 'permit'
access to the address book--the max time allowed is 10minutes.

How can we correct these issues?
I've been an Outlook user for years and these are the toughest issues I've
had. Of course I've never used Vista before.
Please help.

Outlook XP is not really compatible with Vista. See MVP Diane Poremsky's
