Outlook 2002 hangs

Outlook 2002 hangs when I try to click on a message with the preview pane
open, open an email regardless of preview pane, create a new email. It hangs
for 30 seconds or so. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, used all kb
articles pertaining to outlook hanging up, tswitched back and forth between
using word and not as the editor (word also works fine on it's own), deleted
dll's and repaired, and a million other things. Short of reloading my OS,
which seems ridiculous, I don't know what else to do. Any Help would be
greatly appreciated.

Tried several new profiles, no dice. I forgot to mention that I'm on Exchange
and don't use pst's.

Maybe this fits--maybe it doesn't... I can reply to a message on this board,
but I can't create a new one, and I AM REGISTERED. I'm trying to ask a
different question related to the preview pane. I had my preview pane on in
the inbox but it disappeared and I can't get it back. I went to Tools and
looked at preview pane but it is grayed out and I can't do anything with it.
Any suggestions?

Also, in the middle of doing an EM or a calendar item, I'll get this error
that Outlook has to close and restart. I don't know what's going on there.
I did not have any trouble with it on my old PC, but I just got a new one and
uninstalled it from the old one, and carried it over to my new PC. Now I
can't get things to work right.

I also had some customized forms that I saved and carried over, but they
won't work in MSO on the new PC. :(
