I had to reinstall everything on my computer, my personal
mail folders were stored on a separate drive (*.dbx file).
How can I get those back in my outlook mail box??

Outlook works with pst-file.
Outlook Express works with dbx-files

For Outlook;
To access your pst-file;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

To set it as the default delivery location;
Tools-> E-mail Accounts...-> button Next-> use the dropdownlist below

For OE ask in an OE newsgroup;

Good Luck!
