Outlook 2002 Exchange and IMAP issues

I am trying to use Outlook 2002 to connect to a local Exchange box, and
to connect to a remote Exchange box via IMAP. I am able to receive
e-mail from the IMAP account, however, when I reply, or create a new
e-mail, the from address is from the local Exchange server. Also, it
is not handling the Reply-to: field I put in to try and combat that
problem

I'm also a new user but think I dealt with this exact problem last night. I
believe there may be a different outgoing server that you'll need to enter
under setting up email accounts.
